The Ex70 is indispensable in the customizing of grinding wheels.

The Ex70 customizes the grinding wheel to perform the most delicate processing according the technical specifications. Re-dressing is quickly and easily achieved restoring the wheel to its original profile. 

The Ex70 ‘ExVision software’ features a wizard, guiding you through the process of designing and producing the required grinding wheel profile with ease. The program wizard performs all the calculations; the resulting extrapolation is automatically displayed on the integrated flat screen overlaid onto the projection of the grinding wheel.
